Boundless, untold, inexhaustible, immeasurable…words I love. I’m a dreamer and I love to think that anything is possible. We live, however, in a world where dreamers are not always well received. Some people love to shove a good dose of reality into the face of a dreamer.
“You can’t be an artist, you’ll never be able to make enough money.” or “You’re not talented enough to be an actor, find a real job.”
How many times have I heard someone tell my creative family what they won’t be able to do.
This painting is dedicated to the dreamers, the ones that find a boundless place of imagination and passion and creativity and choose to dwell there. Thank you for reminding us that anything is possible!

I found you via Brezsney’s astrology newsletter. Your story touched my heart and I wanted to wish you a continual healing transformation after your unsettling heart attack and associated consequences. What moved me most was your vulnerability to share , and tell your truth about our human conditions and realities we all share. I find you brave and with a strong spirit.
You intuit that we’re all potters building our clay vessels, and we cannot move faster than the wheel we power, but oh what strong vessels we can create, but only after we go through the fire.
Your art is spectacular and holds a strong storytelling capacity; people will be drawn to it’s beauty you put out into this troubled world. They’ll be compelled to listen to what it/you are saying and understand.

It touches my heart to hear kindness when our world has become so unkind. I’m working on new paintings, searching for the story I want to tell and how to tell it. I needed to hear this. Hugs, Shelby
